Service Options near Des Moines

I have a 2020 R27 and need to have the OB serviced. I have contacted CSR Marine by phone, email and service request on their website. No response ! Maybe COVID related but now I need another option. My boat is currently at Foss Harbor in Tacoma. Any suggestions ? I do not have a trailer.

I had excellent service at King Salmon Marine in Tacoma. They're located in Narrows Marina at the foot of 19th St.
253 830 2962. They are a certified Yamaha dealer.

CSR is great but they are very busy (especially this time of year!). If you happen to be in that area, I would suggest to stop by in person (M-F business hours) and ask them about availability.
