Sewage holding tank leaks into bilge engine compartment

When the sewage holding tank is apparently full I get a trickle of tan water dribbling down the port hull into the bilge by the transmission. Apparently comes from the transom area by the holding tank. Idea on the source of the leak? I suspect a hose clamp on the holding tank vent nipple. If so how to access it?! The tank is blocked in....the vent tube is behind it by the transom. It makes the boat stink. Emptying the holding tank daily will solve it but a leak should not occur when the tank is full

On our boat, there is a screw-on cap on the top of the holding tank. It will leak a bit if the tank is full and "pressurized" due to a plugged vent screen.

Thanks Barry. I didn't know there was a vent screen. I'll check that.
