shore power but no ac power

Hi - I have a 31cb. Power is connected from shore, lights on shore panel and lights on power cord connection on boat BUT, AC panel has no power. I don't know where to look next to try to solve the problem.
 
You may also want to look at the promariner switch that is next to the back seat of the dinette. The 3 way switch needs to be in the up position for the ProMariner to pass through the 110V to the main distribution panel. If it is in the off position there will be no power.
 
Is the power control switch on Shore, generator, or off?
 
Thank you BOTH so much for replying, it's nice to know people are so helpful. It was indeed the ELCI that had flipped. We didn't know where they were given we've had the boat only a few months! We're quite relieved this solved the problem given cold weather is afoot. I suspect this won't be the last time we have this issue! Thanks very much, Happy Holidays. Carla
