Shore Power Cord

I’m afraid someone wanted my shore power cord more than I did! I have a 2016 R-27C and need to order a new shore power cord. Does anyone have the name, specs or source for ordering one? Would FM parts department be the best route? How long are they?

They are pretty standard and can be bought at any marine supply. The only caveat is if you have a Smart Plug connection at the boat. A standard 30 amp cord of 50 feet should do the trick.

+1 to knotflying. Good to get a spare, too. If you don't already have SmartPlug (highly recommended), it might be a good time to install that since it would need a new cord anyway.

BTW with SmartPlug, the regular cord is still useful as an extension when pedestal is too far for the single 50' cord.

+2 for the smart plug. Great opportunity for this easy upgrade.
I highly recommend a smart plug as others have stated.

I have a spare used 30 amp boat side (inlet) BM30PW SmartPlug with the white cover that needs a new boat $50 shipped in USA. The cover for the SmartPlug is new. Changed mine to the SS inlet. Send me a PM if interested.

+1 for Smartplug. Cost effective opportunity to shift over to Smartplug, which really is the best way to go.
