Shore power(Cutwater 28) 2018

I am docked in Key West and have shore power coming to our boat, but not to the main panel. Have power when operating the generator. Are there any breakers between the boat 30amp receptacle and the main panel? I did reset the 30amp breaker on the main panel, to no avail.

Does the Cutwater have a circular lever to turn your power options from one source to another...ie generator/shore. Etc. Some times I forget to switch when changing sources. In addition, on our R29S) there are two breakers to turn on for shore power, yours may or may not be the same.

Yes, there is the standard switch to switch back and forth from gen to shore. That’s the problem, when I switch to shore power the meter reads zero and there is no power.

You have a ELCI near the inlet. Do not know where Cutwater is. My R31 it is behind the stern seat. Sometimes it will kick out.

Check in the back of the compartment under the stove - in the 2014 there is a breaker hidden way in the back.

check the power cord and the pedestal with a meter. The breaker on the shore power pedestal may be tripped.
