Shore power keeps tripping off

With all 120V supply breakers off and batteries off the SHORE power trips when I close the “shore power” main breaker on the boat. Same thing happens when I try my stand-alone Honda generator. Any ideas out there to help me get 120V to my 2008 Ranger 25R with the Yanmar 110 HP moto?
 
This happened to me also it was the female plug on the shore power cord.
It had a smart plug installed on the cord and the wires were loose that went from the male plug to the 120 panel.
