I cannot get any shore power on shore 1. The connector on the boat side I believe is broken( collar that screws into cord cracked and separated from connector so I am not getting a solid connection. My question is, if I am getting power on shore power 2, will that still charge the batteries?

As I dont ever expect to use the air conditioning on the dock, I will probably take the good connector from shore 2 and move it to 1, put the bad one on 2 and not use the pigtail until I can get a replacement part.

And yes, I have gone thru the process of hitting the breakers under the cockpit couch etc.

Hello,

Shore 2 is only for AC/heat, there is no ability to power the charger from shore 2 outlet. Always be careful with shore power if you have a bad connection, in fact I would replace shore 1 and keep shore 2 unplugged. Hope this helps.

Thanks,
