Sleipner Thruster Remote - Not Connected

Hello Tug Owners,

My remote for the Sleipner thrusters is not working. I changed the battery. The remote flashes 3 redlights. The error code says it means remote not connected. I tried to pair but did not have any luck. Any thoughts?

My '21 R31S has a switch on the dash, marked Thruster that has to be on for the remote to work.

I think that's it. It has been awhile since I used it and forgot about that switch.
