Sliding window on my R-31 is locked and will not open

I am purchasing a Ranger Tug
Vessel Name
Mazel Tug
One of the sliding glass windows on my R-31 is stuck closed due to the push lock being unable to release. Any ideas on how to get the window unlocked and opened?

Spray some WD-40 into the slot where the glass sits, then push it forward and then pull it back. This should help free it. Sometimes the latch gets caught on the frame.
