Exploring the possibility of getting some sort of small “dinghy” that will fit on the sports rack of the R23. Does anyone have suggestions or experience with this? Thanks

We have an Achilles lt2 and are very happy with it. It can sit on the swim step but we deflate it and keep it in the large locker where the fuel tank is.

We have a Takacat 260. Fits in the main cockpit locker deflated. Can toss it up top for short cruises.

Haven’t had the opportunity to use it much yet, but it will get a workout this fall.

We use a small 52 lb hard dingy from Backwater Boats. 7.5 feet long and 47 inches wide and fits on the the back of our C24. I made aluminum mounts that go in the rear rod holders. Works perfectly for two people and easy to manage.

Airdeck 230 cm (7.5') weighs 75 Lbs fully assembled. Perfect for my C26, mounts on weavers (with risers to avoid wake), no pulleys necessary, no overhang. Oars, no motor - it's a dinghy. Spec capy 2pp, I understand it handles 4. https://www.aquamarineboat.com/index.php?mode=prod&id=430 $1K USD at Aquamarine, Richmond BC. Pics in gallery.
