Smartcraft Problem 2008 R25

I could use some help. My 2008 R25 Classic (Cummins 120 hp) runs fine but the Generator Page on Smartcraft, which shows engine hours and voltage, etc., has all blank values. Other pages are complete (RPM, fuel, temperature, oil pressure). Any idea how this could be corrected?

On my boat the generator had its own panel and the data was not ported to the Smartdata.

I am trying to see engine hours, and, I believe, the Smartcraft Generator Page is the only place to find it.
