solar panel question

Hi,

Our boat’s solar panel meter charge light does not go on. Our batteries are fine and the meter seems to show power being produced and being distributed to the batteries. When I test the system, it shows no faults. Does no green charge light mean it is not working correctly? Any ideas or thoughts on this would be appreciated.

It would have a red light if it wasn’t working correctly. I wouldn’t be concerned. What year is the boat and what solar controller do you have?

Thanks for your reply. We have a 2018, R23 tug. Our meter is a MeTer, MT-1, duo battery tracer meter.
