Solar Regulator

Mechanic to do a load test asked me whether there is a solar regulator . I don't know, the dealer isn't sure, so I'm wondering if it would be included as standard equipment with the solar panels that came with the boat purchased in Jan 2013.

On my 2012 R27 the solar system includes a Sunsaver Duo which is described as a dual battery solar controller. This controller is an advanced, fully automatic solar battery charger. Try the following link for more information:

Hello Doug,

On the R-29, the controller is mounted on the wall in the port side gullwing hatch. It'll say SunSaver Duo right on the front of the unit.
