Source for short clothes hangers?

In the designer's desire to leave space for the wine cooler in the R29S and CB they left insufficient space below the clothes rod to actually hang shirts or jackets without the bottom third sitting on the counter top. Has anyone found a source for a clothes hanger that has a small hook at the top and no stem down to the triangle to try and get a little more of the clothes off the counter top and up toward the rod?

I did some on-line research and found the product I was certain someone should have invented. I just placed an order with higherhangers.com
Their product looks like it will save us a little vertical space in a short hanging locker.

The "Higher Hangers" I ordered were delivered by the company promptly. I took them to the boat today and tried them out. I also covered the hanging rod with a section of pipe insulation to avoid any noise or movement of the hangers and to gain another half inch. I was pleasantly surprised how well they solved the "problem of the too short" hanging locker. The yellow rain coat in the picture has an extra long tail because it is designed for cycling, otherwise the clothes hang nicely now. I have included photos in our album.
