What is the best way to keep spiders away on Lake Washington? I washed boat last night and by morning it seems like they are all back. There were thousands. Help!!!!

I use Tempo SC in this tiny bottle you can get bigger but no need to, I put it in a small quart spray bottle, it has about thirty-day residual. The product is what the restaurants use in in their kitchens so it's very safe and very effective against spiders

I use the peppermint spray https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XL6B8S8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 here in VA, which seems to work well. It smells nice and is non-toxic which are pluses. The downside is I think it gets washed off when it rains (I don't know if other products wouldn't also get washed off) and needs to be re-applied every week or so without rain.

I don't use the word nontoxic because everything is toxic. Tempo is also considered to be non-toxic as it is made from organic compounds, and peppermint is extremely toxic to cats. So always read and follow the label. Thats just me as a former agricultural product guy.

Fair point, especially for those with feline mates on the boat...
