Having trouble with spiders? For some reason we have them in abundance at our marina. Tried a number of things and recently discovered something that really works. Try "Miss Mufffets Revenge". Yep, thats the name. Couldn't find it in any local stores so got it on line.

Thank you for the tip. Where all did you spray the product?

On a previous sailboat we had, the spiders were great at keeping down the mosquitoes. Well trained little critters, too: they knew to run to the high side of the boat when we tacked. Even had their own little spider foulies.

😉

Please TugNuts folks, help build a reputation for being good stewards of our precious waters and the environment overall. Carefully read the labels of the chemicals you are tempted to apply. In most if not all instances you will find them to be pretty nasty stuff -- not only for the environment but likely for yourself as well.

Thanks,
I just ordered some online from Amazon. We always seem to attract spiders. What brand of foulies are they wearing?

To promote team-building, we got them matching Gill brand in yellow and blue. Most marine suppliers don't stock these, so you will have to do a special order for the jackets with 8 sleeves. Granted, they don't provide much "rail meat," but they look so cute when they move as a group to the high side, all in their matching foulies.

😉

What, no pants?! Are those arms or legs?

I may be a bit late on this info but...Tempo SC Ultra is the best safest product to use. It's used in restaurants and other public places. A 32ml bottle makes 2 gallons of spray, so I get a 1 ml syringe and make a up a quart spray bottle. It has a residual of about 30 days.

Loads of spiders on our boat also, sitting in slip at older marina dock doesn't help.
