Stained overhead

The curved vertical portion of the overhead cloth in the master cabin of my 2019 RT-31 shows stains at the edge with the horizontal portion. It looks like a liquid (water?) drip. I re-mounted all the hardware above it on deck. I also was able to get rid of the stains with bleach, but they came back.
I was told by someone who probably doesn't know that it has to do with deterioration of the adhesive holding the white cloth material.
Has anybody had thi problem, or knows what to do about it? It's very unsightly.

Check your v-berth hatch seal. I had some of this and the adhesive on 6 of 7 hatches had failed and was leaking into the headliner.

Fyi, you won't see ot of the headliner is full of water.

I hear hydrogen peroxide will clean it up, just don't scrub it too hard or it will mess up the fibers.
