Staining table

Does anyone know what product is being used to stain the table that goes out in the cockpit of the 29 and 31s? I need to do a little light sanding a couple coats of something. Thinking Epiphanes or something similar.

Epiphanes is known primarily for a good poly UV resistant finish, not a stain. They do make a mahogany stain though. Hmmm. This makes me wonder if the table is just coated with poly and not stain at all. It is nice looking wood, which might not need anything but poly. I am wondering if stain is used in the original finish...
