Check the cap on the steering wheel to make sure it’s tight. Where do you see the oil?

I notice oil on the floor near he helm. Looked like it was coming from the cap area as far as I could tell. I checked the tightness of the cap and it seemed quite tight. There’s also bit of play in the steering wheel, built i can’t remember if that is the way I was before I noticed the leaking oil.

The black cap is vented. If you look carefully you will see that at the top is a loose vinyl cover. If the pump is overfilled some oil will escape. This not uncommon.
Note , if there are dual helms only the higher pump has a vented plug. The lower plug will be grey and not vented.
