I think I may have found a potential sticking point on the window. The window latch wraps around the forward edge of the window. The track that it fit into has a projected edge (projected inward). If you close the window slowly you can see the outside edge of the window latch makes contact with the outside edge of the track. Once the window is pushed forward the outside edge of the latch locks in behind the outside edge of the track. If you pull the window forward a bit while opening, it doesn't stick. I think I will, very carefully, file the lip off the outside edge of the track and leave the window latch alone. I will touch up the brown paint with a Q-Tip. If this works, I will do it on the other port side window that sticks. Why PORT side?
