Stove top rim on 2024 R27OB might cut you badly

I was adjusting the pot holders on the stovetop and my finger slid against the railing indicated below. It caused a very deep gash in my index finger. This rim really needs to be filed smooth because it's as sharp as a chef's knife . ( or at least it is on ours )

I was just cleaning and polishing our stove this afternoon and had the grill removed. I noticed that the bottom edge of the side plate was very sharp. Sorry to hear you got cut. Those paper cut like injuries are really annoying too. I have used super glue in the past to hold them shut with amazing results. Just make sure it's very clean and as dry as possible.
