Suggestions for selling a C30CB in Portland, OR

We are looking to sell our 2015 Cutwater 30 CB. It lies at the Portland Yacht Club. She is a dark blue hull, with, I believe every factory option and a custom cockpit enclosure.

We have homes in Texas and Oregon, and simply do not have the time to use her. (Just the travel times between homes is a full week.) We also don't know many people in the Portland area, so are looking for recommendations for a broker.

She is a great boat, but we are spread too thin.

Sundance is the Cutwater dealer in Portland, and they also have a brokerage. We were tenants in their marina (before the fire). We never used them as a broker and can't attest to that, but the marina was well run and the folks we met from the brokerage were always very pleasant. The old Sundance marina was right across the channel from PYC. I think they are on the mainland side of the water now, about two miles upstream from PYC. I don't know if they have new phones or not, but you should be able to find them easy enough.
