This isn't exactly a rendezvous type event, but three 21s are headed for the West Coast of Vancouver Island on July 20 to spend one week cruising Barkley Sound and then a second week cruising Clayoquot Sound. We are the Port Nut, Red Current and Red Ranger. Gizmo cannot commit at this time.
I just thought that if there were other Tug Nuts around, it might be fun!

Sounds like a great trip. Have you had experience cruising in this area? Please post with reports about sea conditions, anchoring, marinas, etc.

Check out John and Laurie Grays blog journal on their 11 day cruise in Barkley Sound on the R-25 Laurie Ann.

Cheers,

Bruce

Thanks Bruce, that was a good read and sounds like a fairly remote area with not a lot of summer traffic.

Our much-anticipated cruise of the Wet Coast of Vancouver's Island has been scrubbed. Elderly parent's health issues caused a ripple that swamped our plans. Just wanted to close off this conversation.
