sump pump warranty?

Our sumower sump doesn't shut off and runs intermittently. The only way to stop it is to pull the fuse. Ivan cleaned and checked the pump but that did not fix the problem. He felt that the unit may be faulty and should be replaced. Is there a warranty for the pump? I would be happy to replace it myself if we can obtain a new unit.
