I have a Sunsaver Duo rated at 25 amps and a remote meter. The Sunsaver Duo is blinking green showing it is charging, but the remote meter inside the 2014 shows nothing, whatever I do. The sun was out strong today. How can I make this thing tell me what the manual says it is able to do?

I upgraded my SunSaverDuo to the MorningStar MPPT the same company. Sometime later my remote blinked green, but only dashed lines on the screen. I noticed a burn on the connector cable at the MPPT unit. So I replaced it with a 6 pin, 6 wire cable from Amazon. Now the screen is just blank with no flashing green, plugged in the old wire, and the green light blinks. I am using two 135 watt Kyocera panels wired in parallel on my 2011 R27. Presently in conversations with the company in Pennsylvania. But the good news is the panels are still charging the batteries. 😎

The blinking green means the battery is near a fully charged. Having said this, there still should be a small amount of current. What are the battery voltages reading? Also, go through the menus on the meter to check for error codes. Another thought is to put a clamp meter on the wire from the controller to the battery to confirm if there is charge current going to the battery.
