Sunshield Overhead template

Looking to created reflective foil inserts for the overhead glass. There are 6 such glass panes of 3 different shapes.m, which don’t have screens available.

I’m trying to determine the best way to measure/mark/cut a template to utilize to cut the foil insert.

you can use cardboard, thick plastic sheathing from any home improvement store (thicker than basic painters drop cloth)... Basically any product that will hold it's ship while you tape it to the overhead and trace the edge with a sharpie.
