ive not seen one of these on a tug/cut.

its an interesting option. Just thinking about my cutwater, im not sure there is headroom under the porch to fit these rather large tubes? perhaps mounted on top of the roof? might be a little ugly?

its probably worth checking with the factory if the roof can take the strain as thats a lot of leverage when extended.

I worked at Sabre Yachts and saw them being installed on several lines. They are heavy and the install is NOT trivial. If not installed correctly and aligned properly/perfectly they will bind and not work well. Most of the owners liked them and used them all the time. As the builder, they were a headache to set up properly. The ones we had moved out about 12ft, I suspect yours won't need to move that far and will be easier to set up. If you move forward with this, I will be curious to how it goes.

Put one on my C28. LOVE IT!
Had to raise the top rail so it would fit. Pics are in my photo album.
Not shown are the stays that support the aft end to the flip seat when it is fully extended. No stays needed when 1/2 extended.

Just got mine will post pictures when installed
