Surveyor in Pensacola?

I used BJ Dunson in Pensacola last fall, did a great job:

We used Schiel and Associates.
But we were not there at the survey, the seller had jammed a storage container in the the port cockpit storage that could not be removed without removing the batteries, so it did not get rousted out for the survey. Once we took possession, we found the wood under the port batteries was totally rotten under the batteries and storage container, from a plugged limber hole from manufacturing. Plug to protect the drain pipe in the mold was still in place.
So not only do you need a good surveyor, but need to insist that nothing get skipped. Get to the bottom of every compartment.
I would use Schiel again, but I would insist on being present.
