Swim platform

Having a leak at the swim platform and we think the water is getting in through the round 6 inch screw off cap. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you. The place I have seen water enter in to the cavity in the platform is through the rigging tube off of the outboard engine. We have tried to add silicone where the tube screws into the fitting which seems to help but water that submerges the platform when slowing down is tough to keep completely dry. Let's get the dealer you purchased the vessel from involved and have them take a look to see how they can prevent some of that water from getting in. Once you make contact with the dealer, they will contact us for suggestions.
