Those who have the new R29 know that RT went all out in lighting it, including rope lights and lots of pucks in the ceiling. I would like to be more selective with my lighting use, particularly when on the hook (although I use all LED pucks). I was wondering if any of our cult have replaced the pucks with individually switchable pucks and whether they like them. And what did you choose?

Thanks. I hope every tug owner is on their boat doing something fun today. There is no better thing to do.

We have a 2009 and about to replace the overhead pucks with LED g4 bulbs. But that won't fix the lack of ambiance flexibility where our only rope lights are floor lighting under the forward berth. With the pucks on the main cabin feels like an operating room! Wondering about installing a dimmer if we buy dimmable LEDs. Has anyone done this? Have also thought about installing rope lights above the curtain trim brow like in the newer boats, but would rather not install more lights where we already have plenty. We just need to be able to adjust what have.
