T9.9 Yamaha Kicker

Hi, I'm looking at buying a used T9.9 High Thrust for our C24. I don't know if the shaft length can be 20" or should be 25"
The engine bracket is stationary, motor will have power trim.

go to the internet (UTube) how to measure outboard motor shaft length and then measure your bracket to waterline, that should answer your question,
