I will need to replace my teak & Holly flooring on the flooring by the galley. I am not sure if anyone else has had the issue of occasional water running down from the sink area and then rolling under the floor. I did not notice this issue until the flooring eventually discolored and is now delaminating. I am thinking of going with a vinyl product rather than the same wood so as to avoid the same issue in the future. At the least probably sealing the edges with caulk would avoid this issue for those of you who have not experienced water damage yet.

In any event if anyone has replaced their flooring what did you use?

Look at PlasDECK or Flexiteek. These seem to be the two leading manufactures of fake teek flooring. Look at the 'Circle T' on the owners photo albums forum. He replaced all his outdoor carpet with Flexteek. looks great.
