I have custom indoor/outdoor runners over most of the teak veneer flooring in the boat. The areas where I don't are showing a bit of fading / wear. I generally treat the wood with the clear satin spar urethane every other year, but what product could I use to bring the color back to uniform (darker) especially on the areas where it is fading?

bringing this back to the top 🙂

I don’t know if this is any help. I have a 2008 r25 classic. I’m just going to treat the floors as hardwood flooring and sand them down and start over with finishing process. I would think that’s about the only thing you could do to make them all uniform again.

Another thing that can be done for water stain/mold from developing is to caulk the seam between the wood flooring and the floor gelcoat.

It's hard to say for sure without seeing it but I would guess you will need to lightly sand it back to a uniform color. This is especially true when you have used a urethane type finish. Teak oil or teak sealant is easier to bring back to an even color with less sanding. The problem with sanding is I assume the floor is made of a marine teak/holly plywood and the top finish layer is very thin. You will need to be very careful to not sand thru the top finish layer. You can not treat it as hardwood flooring as someone else suggested. I would start with 220 grit and very lightly sand with the grain by hand. You might be tempted to use an orbital sander but this will usually end up taking too much off. The tricky part will be removing the urethane layer and just enough of the top veneer layer to bring an even finish. Just go very slow.
