Would appreciate anyones's experience with the Tecma head. I experience some nervousness having a head that could suddenly stop working and not have any backup except the boat washing bucket. Are there spare parts as there are for most manual heads so one can rebuild if needed in some isolated anchorage? What parts are likely to belly up?

Read recent review in Practical Sailor about porta potti additives and they mention some plastic toilet bags. Figure could put some of those in deep stowage and hope to never use them.
