tecma toilet wall switch

I have an R29S 2020, and I need a new toilet flush panel/wall switch. It has two PN numbers on the back. They are Thetford Tecma PN36855 and PN27210? I've been searching on where to get one. Does the factory have them for order? I don't see them on the list of parts. I've seen Thetfordguy.com online but I see what looks like a similar picture of my control panel but not the same part #'s ??? Where can you suggest to get the parts I'm interested in?

Hi Sunshine,

Sorry, but we are not able to provide these parts separately, as we get them in the form of a kit from the manufacturer. Unfortunately I am not able to confirm the part number either. The best would be to contact Thetford directly to ensure you have the proper part number and to see if they have availability. I checked the thetfordguy site, and it seems that they are having an issue with getting parts, and some electrical parts (like your switch) seem to have a two-month backlog. Sorry that we can't be of more help at this time.
