Our 2010 R-25 Classic Cabin, the Get~Aweigh is moving on to new owners and will get a new name. Great people who may identify themselves here on Tugnuts.

We've had lots of boats, 4 pontoons, a Starcraft cuddy cabin, a Searay 280 Sundancer, a Doral 330SE, a Searay Sundancer 400DA, a C-Dory 25, and finally, the last and best boat we ever had, our Ranger Tug R25. I won't debate the OB vs IB diesel but will only say, if I were to buy again, I'd buy the same boat. Dependable, seaworthy, comfortable, and the boat that always drew attention wherever we docked or anchored.

The support from the folks at Ranger Tugs like Andrew Custis is best in class. I have never seen a manufacturer of anything stand behind their products and offer customer support and service like these folks do.

The information available on Tugnuts is a phenomenal resource and many thanks to those who have posted questions and answers over the years. The opinions posted are as valuable as opinions tend to be but the experiences and facts shared have come in very handy.

Our boat sold as a result of a private message to someone who made a Tugnuts post that they were looking to buy a R-25. A conversation on the phone and a price was agreed. A look at the boat in storage, marine survey, and finally a sea-trial this past Sunday completed the process.

These boats are in demand and hold their value quite well. It's a testament to the quality that's built into them.

So, Bruce, if you're listening, please remove the Get~Aweigh from the world of Ranger Tugs. And to all of the Tugnuts, fair winds and following seas.
