Once again I am blown away with the "fit and finish" of the service received by Ivan and Andrew (this time) at the factory. A phone call, a "bring her in if you can and we'll take care of you, if not I'll come to you," and all is perfect with the 27. I expected the optimistic willingness to level off after we purchased the Amy Marie over a year ago. Never has - and we never have felt better about a purchase. The customer care at Ranger Tugs is 2nd to NONE!.
Thanks once again to Ivan, Andrew, Kenny and Jeff - sorry I had to eat and run but our granddaughter was waiting to go cruising on "her" boat!
