Subject: Thought I'd go solo for a short cruise - but had no prop

Today was glorious weather. I spent a few hours setting up fishing rods for the grandkids while at my slip and when all done I thought I'd go out solo for a quick cruise.... got the chart plotter covers off and then REALIZED I had no prop as it was in the 'prop shop' being repaired.... :lol: drat. I guess had I tried I wouldn't have got very far. :lol: :lol: :lol:
 
Forget the prop! Just think how much you saved on fuel!
How was the fishing as the pier?

Grandson tangled the line after a few casts and granddaughter did better without tangles. No fish caught.... it was just a first time for them. Yes, saved a lot of fuel today.
