Tiller arm

I am new owner of 2016 R 25 SC
The tiller arm on the my tug moves from port side to starboard side from center position not in the equal distance. I am checked manuals from Ultraflex for my cylinder and it states it must be equal distance.
I found that it is several boats of my year model was sold brand new with that problem.
Is any body has same problem and how it was fixed?

I know of one 2016 boat that was sold new with that issue. Since the boat was in Kentucky, Fluid Motion paid a local shop to fix it. Because of multiple SNAFUs, the new owner lost the entire first season with his boat. Another 2016 owner wrote about his experience with the same issue.
