Toilet bowl not filling with water

I have a 2013 R27, the toilet does not fill with water however the pump seems to be functioning. It makes the same noise it always has. Any suggestions?

It takes 15-25 seconds for the pump to prime. If it's an ongoing problem, you have a bad check valve.
