Toilet not pumping water

Haven’t used boat in awhile RangerR27 now toilet is not pumping water. Valves on, filters clean no obstructions
Intake. Pump is running. Is there a way to prime the line? Or?

Raritan sent me a pump rebuild kit. Fixed the problem.
 
2015 R27. My head pump loses prime if it is not used for a month or two. I prime it by forcing water in at the strainer and all is good. You will have to reduce the hose size to allow it to fit into the hole in the strainer.
