I've tried 3 times now to register my batteries' serial numbers with Torqeedo. First time the page just went away, the second time I did got an error message, and the third time I finally got this confirmation message:
Dear valued customer,
We have received your registration and we thank you for your support.
Within 24-48 business hours you will receive a message at the indicated email address with further information on the inspection and, if necessary, the repair of your batteries at one of our service centres.
Thank you for your cooperation and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
