Towing a tube with an RT23

Looking for information/advice for towing a tube with an RT23 with the 200 outboard (and a kicker). Is it possible without purchasing something like the Turbo Swing? If so, what are your suggestions? The transom hooks on this boat are so low compared to our previous aluminum fishing boat. Thanks for any help!
 
I have done it a few times just tying to the swim platform cleat and it worked fine, but we weren't going particularly fast. Now that my kids are getting a bit bigger/braver, I'm curious if there's a better option as well.
