We had a trailer built in 2020 by Rocket Trailer in Ft. Lauderdale for our 2018 R-23. Very nice aluminum trailer. Tandem axles with hydraulic brakes, spare and trailer guides. Price approx 6500.

The factory sells aa aluminum tandem axle trailer with electric over hydraulic brakes and a spare tire for the R23 as an option. It’s $8,997.
I would imagine a custom Tuff Trailer (built near Bellingham) would run about the same.
Aluminum trailers last a long time if properly maintained. Hard to estimate depreciation on one.
