Does any one tow with a ram 2500 hemi gas. If so what kind of mileage do you get and what does your boat and trailer weigh. and is it the 6 speed auto or manual shift

I don't have a Ram but do tow an R25 classic with a gas powered F250. Pulling at 55mph over rolling terrain I get a little over 9 mpg. At 60mph or with a head wind it drops down into the 8s.

thank for the come back Dan is that F250 a V10 We just bought a 2012 ram 2500 with the hemi v8 gas haven't towed yet so don't what the mileage will be.

I have a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 gas. The only thing I have towed with it so far is a 4400 lb car/trailer combo, which weighs less than half of a R25, and has a lot lower aerodynamic drag. I got about 12.5 mpg over about 430 miles driving between 55-60. Not sure if this helps at all.

No, not the V10 version. 2012 model 6.2L V8. Unloaded I get 15-16mpg on the highway.
