Transducer performance and clickinf

The transducer on my 2016 RT 25 has a couple of things I would like others thoughts

1) depth readings - the readings are accurate however there are tomes when the readings flash on and off. It is difficult to reproduce at will. Sometimes it does and sometimes it does not. Flash. I checked the fluid level a,d the seal with the hull. All seems fine.

Is this normal operation or ..


2) the transducer has an Audible clicking noise when powered . Any suggestions or is this normal

If you have a Garmin system look at the depth limit set for your Sonar.

The clicking sound is normal.
 
Clicking is good. No clicking usually means either low fluid or the glue has failed
