Transom Mount transducer 2050-C

[Speedring]

2027 Solara 250-C, I would like to add a Garmin GT56UHD transom mount transducer, has anyone added a transducer to transom? if so do you have a picture of the location you picked. I guess it has lots of variables but just trying to get general location.

It has been mounted on the transom,
On a 2024 s250c, it’s not great no reading at high speeds, I decide not to after it was done on another’s boat, instead had my in hull mounted with 5200 for a permanent seal and it’s been great!
