Feeling silly asking but someone mentioned once you become a member of the tugnuts, they send you a hat. Is this true? And how do we get one? TIA 🙂

We received ours a few weeks after becoming a member. It was a great and unexpected little gift. Hope you get yours soon.
 
I believe it's when you sign up on the mailing list during registration. I wanted one but then realized I have too many hats already...and am on too many mailing lists already 😛
 
This must be a USA benefit. We (Canadian) did not get one when we joined.

I signed up for the newsletter, mostly for the hat, when I joined TugNuts back in March, no hat yet. 🙁 It also looks like there hasn't been a newsletter in some time.
 
Mine came to me in Canada a few weeks after I joined. I was not expecting it. It just showed up in the mail.
 
Maybe it's based on what model one purchased 😉
 
I signed up to TugNuts on May 2nd, just got my hat today!! 🙂

Now, was it Navy Blue or Army Khaki RT hat ? Seriously.... there are two types. 😱 😉 If you get the Navy Blue one you're special. :lol: Maybe RT is now working on a Ranger Gray hat.... 😉

It was the Army Khaki. It took 3 months to get my hat, now to wait ??? months for my 27OB.

If when you signed up for TugNuts forum you also signed up for the newsletter, then you should eventually get a hat.
 
Ranger Tugs hat, yes.
Tugnuts hat, no. Didn't know there was one. Want one!
 
I joined July 16th and signed up for the newsletter as well, so I am eagerly anticipating receiving a hat!

I joined the forum about 4 months ago. Did not sign up for the newsletter (confirmed in settings) but I just received a hat. Thanks Ranger Tugs. Nice surprise and love the hat!

Just received my hat today in the mail!!!

It is awesome and it is most greatly appreciated. Thank you to Ranger Tugs and Tugnuts!! I plan to wear it proudly to the Vancouver Boat Show later this month!

Furthermore Ranger Tugs and I are of the same vintage and both share the same "birth year." So the 1958 is of special personal significance to me. 😉
