Can someone show me where on this site I can find the list of recommended items to have on your boat; mechanical, electrical, medical, safety, etc.

Thank you,
George

George,
That would be a very long list! Don’t think there’s one spot on this forum that lists everything.
For mechanical spare parts you probably want to review this list and get most everything if you don’t have these spares already.

For safety gear here’s a list of what’s required and good optional safety things to have onboard.

I’d add a Personal Locater Beacon (PLB) to that list.
We have three fire extinguishers on board - 2 in the cabin near the galley and 1 in the cockpit near the transom.
I use this life jacket. Guests get the big bulky type.

For a medical kit, here’s an article listing basics from BoatUS.

We have this kit.

When cruising, I have parts onboard for systems I consider critical...

Spare freshwater pump
Spare head pump
All engine and genset fluids, filters, impellers and belts
Thruster shearpins and tools to replace.
Zincs
Various sealants, glues and greases.
Gloves. Shop towels and diapers

...and pistachios.

Minimum!! Who has Minimum? I wish I could go boating with that. My boat would go a lot faster. Minimum would be Coast Guard requirements, lines, fenders, fuel, maybe some water, cooler of beer and a credit card. I would make list of what I have onboard but that wasn't the question.

Really depends on the type of cruising you do. Over the years I have added many, and removed many as our cruises shortened. Minimum are basic safety, basic tool kit, basic first aid kit, and some spare parts. After that you will add things as you see the need. I asked an expert once as to what I should keep in the first aid kit. He replied that I need not take anything I did not know how to use without reading directions. That applies to a lot of stuff.
If you want a fuller list, check out the Web videos "As the Prop Turns" done recently by the factory.
