Turbo Failure

Has anyone had issues with the turbo on the Volvo D4 300 engine. I am leaking oil from the Air Cooler and it appears as the unit has failed and the seal has over heated. Any thoughts?

I recently noticed an oil leak on our D4 300 under the air filter on the starboard side. It appeared that oil was coming from the air filter housing. The crankcase ventilation has a hose that also goes into the top of the air filter housing. Tracing it back with a flashlight the oil was dripping down around the turbo gasket and into the back of the air filter housing. There is a hose at the top of the engine near the turbo mount that had a loose clamp. Hard to see as it it right up under the engine cover. Once tightened the drip stopped. I am still having the Volvo tech come and review. Will keep you posted....
